Lets talk about only double room (as guest comments was from double room point of view) type if you have solutions for one types of room you can have solutions for unlimited types of room.
I have different types of double room, We called it Double room with sea view, Double room with Hill View, Double room with Garden view.
(Don't worry you can have unlimited types of double room with any name with any facility with any price with any condition)

As a hotel admin I want to setup 3 different price for 3 different double room with 3 different condition of price & facility.
