How a room dispaly in search result or hotel details page?

As a hotel admin its very important for you to know how you can configure your each single types of room perfectly. Why my hotel does not display in search result?
Why my hotel rooms does not display in search result or hotel details page? Before read this section I am sure you read above article (if you don't read above article you can understand what we are discussing here)

If you just add room and define room availability HBS can't find rooms for display in website.
You need to create a rate and define rate duration and price for your room.

So when user search for any hotels or rooms they have to select arrival and departure date. When HBS receive guest arrival and departure date HBS looking following issue for each single hotels and rooms:

1. Does this room available; If yes; then HBS check room available and closeout date If its match with guest arrival and departure date, then
2. Does this room have any rate? if yes does this rate starting and close date match with guest arrival and departure date

Once HBS found above thing match with guest arrival and departure date then HBS display your room in search or hotel details page.
