Requirements for HBS 1.5 Hotel booking component:

In order to use the HBS 1.5 - Joomla Hotel Booking System on your server there are some requirements which have to be met.

  • Joomla 1.5.6+ (legacy or native)
  • PHP 4* (> 4.4.4) or PHP 5* (recommended PHP 5.2+)
  • MySQL 4 (> 4.1.20) or MySQL 5 (recommended)**
  • Apache Webserver*** (version 2.x+ recommended) with apache2handler or cgi/fcgi (recommended) PHP interface
  • ECMA standard encoding (ISO/IEC 8859 and UTF-8)
  • Java Script activated

* Do not use PHP 4.4.2 or 5.0.4. These releases have known bugs.
** HBS 1.5 is not yet tested with MySQL 6.x.
