Room availability and closeout
How to add room availability and closeout feature:
Question: Did you add your room from add room type section? If not; please add your room first before define room availability and closeout date.
1. Select room type
2. Select room name
3. Number of available room
4. Room available starting date
5. Room available ending date.
This is heart of each room. Lets think you have a room called "Single room with AC" under single room type. And you have 10 Available room. But if you don't define room availability and closeout date your room would not show up in search result page (Also note if you just define room availability & closeout but don't define room rate; your room would not show up in search result page ).
So what you need to do for each room:1. Add room (You can add unlimited room)
2. Define room availability and closeout (You can define room availability and closeout for each single room)
3. Define rate name and rate start date and rate ending date. (You can define unlimited rate for any specific date; Also note rate starting date and rate ending date can't behind or ahead of room available and closeout date)
4. Add rate and define number of occupant.
