Its very simple; You can manage all states from Joomla Site Administrator Area



> Using Joomla hbs package iii you can add unlimited state under any country.
> Using Joomla hbs package ii you can add unlimited state under one country.

> You can edit or delete
> You can keep publish or unpublished
(If you disable any state; it would not show in hotel search module)

>  You also can change order of state.

Please note hotel admin can also add state from hotel admin account. and it will be visible in search module.
